Handmade to Order 

Unless stated otherwise most of our jewellery is made to order. The production time will be provided in the description of each item. 

The current production time for rings is 3 - 4 weeks.

Whilst your jewellery is being made you will be kept updated on it's progress via the email address you provide to us. We can update you with pictures of your jewellery being made but this is by request only.

If you do not want to receive these updates you can contact us at any time.

Ready to Ship

Ready to ship items are in stock and will be dispatched within 1 - 3 days of the order being placed.

Delivery Information

Delivery is free of charge and all orders will be sent via a fully tracked delivery service.

UK Delivery

Orders from the UK will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully tracked delivery service which aims to deliver within 1-2 days of dispatch. Please note a signature will be required on delivery.

International Delivery

All orders from outside the UK will be dispatched via a fully tracked delivery service. This service aims to deliver between 3 - 7 days of dispatch and a signature will be required on delivery. Customs and import charges may apply for international customers and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

We strive to ensure that our packaging is as eco friendly as possible. We use FSC-certified boxes and outer packaging made in Scandinavia for everything except tiaras.

Our tiara boxes are handcrafted in Wales one by one and are custom made for each tiara. Instead of finding a box which would decompose if discarded we decided to focus on longevity. The boxes are made to last the lifetime (if not generations!) of the tiaras they hold. They are currently made from responsibly sourced pine and recycled brass.

Returns and Exchanges

To return an item you must contact us first by emailing info@amylloyd.co.uk. You can return an item to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund items must be unworn, undamaged and in it's original packaging.

Please note that all stones are tested before a refund is issued.

Exchanges are at our discretion. Items must be returned to us before an exchange is sent.
